Who Should Attend

All staff who will have opportunities to participate in Scrum projects and/or process improvement projects as project leader or project team members

Course outline

Participants will be exposed to easy-to use Lean tools and given opportunity to be directly involved in a business process simulation exercise which allows the them to apply the tools. The tools and concept can be applied to day-to-day process improvement initiatives as well as Scrum Projects

Course Objectives

At the end of this course participants will have:

• A clear understanding of how to identify and eliminate process waste
• Clear understanding and ability to apply the 5 key techniques for elimination of process waste.
  • Value stream Map,
  • Data tickets,
  • Waste Identification,
  • Circle diagram, and
  • Spaghetti diagram.
• Appreciate the key principles of Lean Methodology

Be able to actively participate in Process Improvement Projects and Scrum Projects
