 - Learn tools such as Thomas-Kilmann Conflict Model to help them manage conflicts at work
 - Learn to collaborate and resolve differences
 - Sharing of Best-In-Class experience in conflict management 
 
At the end of this course participants will:
- Identify potential conflicts
 - Be able to apply new tools and skills to manage conflicts more effectively
 - Identify the preferred conflict management style
 - Be able to demonstrate behaviours associated to resolving differences
