Staff who will have opportunities to participate in projects and/or process improvement projects as project leader or project team members

Course Outline

Participants will be exposed to easy-to use tools and given opportunity to be directly involved in a business process simulation exercise which allows the them to apply the tools.

The tools and concept can be applied to day-to-day process improvement workshops

Course Objectives

At the end of this course participants will have:

• A clear understanding of how to conduct a Kaizen workshop
• Clear understanding and ability to map As-Is process, remove non-value add process steps and design To-Be process
• Learn how to pilot To-Be process
• Quantify potential benefits of To-Be process
• Reporting out to key stakeholders and/or Management team
